When I'm not assisting owners in building their brands, I'm pushing myself to be a stronger climber and better climbing coach to youth athletes at Memphis Rox and Highpoint Climbing and Fitness. Helping others achieve breakthroughs in their personal development and guiding them towards the future they envision for themselves is what motivates me.
I care deeply about instilling climbing values in others: having fun, doing our best, and being willing to take risks in ways that help us grow.
